Today we’re going to discuss all the virtual services that we provide and take you through what a virtual home sale or purchase looks like. These services can make your life much easier when buying or selling real estate.
Virtual Consultations: We will schedule a virtual appointment to explain either the home buying or selling process, learn more about what your goals are, and create a game plan to help you meet those goals.
Virtual Tours: If you are buying, we will conduct virtual tours of any homes you like so that you can view everything from the comfort of your home. For those who are selling, we will have a virtual tour completed to share with other Realtors and potential buyers. This will help increase your home’s exposure while on the market.
Electronic Signatures: All documents can be signed electronically these days. All you need is a computer or smartphone with email. We will take the time to go through each document over the phone to ensure that you understand what you are signing.

Earnest Money Deposit: For buyers, the earnest money deposit, also known as the initial deposit, can be electronically wired to escrow or we can make arrangements to pick up a check from you.
Inspections: Our inspectors will provide a detailed inspection report and are always happy to answer questions over the phone. This will help you better understand the home you are purchasing.
Closing Escrow: Mobile notary services are available and commonly used every day; the escrow officer will also, if requested, schedule time to be available via a phone call and answer any questions you may have while signing remotely.
Escrow Closed: Once escrow has been closed we will deliver your keys to you if you’re buying. If you’re selling, your proceeds can be electronically wired to your account, or a check will be delivered to you.
