If you want to double—or even triple—your productivity, there is one simple thing you can do, and that’s complete a Dominate Your Day document (also known as the ‘DYD’).

This is something our team does every day, and it has made a huge difference in how we approach and ultimately achieve our goals. The first section is for the “TOP 6 Must Do MONEY MAKING Activities For Today.” The order and content of these tasks is up to you. In total, these six items should consume about six hours of your day. Here are the top three we recommend doing daily:

1. New business development (prospecting for new business): two to three hours

2. Lead follow-up (following up on existing leads): one to two hours

3. SOI (sphere of influence): one to two hours

The remaining items can be used for showings, negotiating contracts, etc. Tracking your days using this form can lead to amazing changes in your life and career.

On the bottom of the document are two sections: one for Action Items and the other for Positive Focus. Action Items are things that pop up during the day, or maybe rolled over from the day before and must be addressed at some point. However, they aren’t as important as your money making activities.

“Tracking your days using this form can lead to amazing changes in your life and career.”

The Positive Focus list is all about listing things you’re thankful for. Our team follows the motto “Go B-I-G or go home!” because we believe in beginning and ending our days in gratitude. Build a habit by completing your Dominate Your Day document for one month. It will be easier to do the same thing the next month and each month after that.

If you have any questions, or would like a copy of this document, feel free to give me a call or send me an email. If you or someone you know is looking for a fast-paced career in real estate, feel free to call as well.

If you happen to know of anyone in the community who has an unexpected urgent need, please contact us or send us a private message through our Facebook page Compassion Spread The Word.

I look forward to hearing from you soon!
